I'm available Monday - Friday mornings for sessions, and will occasionally open up weekends for mini sessions throughout the year. I generally aim to shoot during golden hour for each session so I can get the best lighting for our time together - nothing beats that delightful sunshine.

Travel Fees of $2 per mile will be applied if your session is outside of Bloomington, Indiana (including Bedford, Brown County, and Ellettsville).

There are a couple of things to note here. Sometimes, clients want just a handful of images to display on social media or around their homes and don’t need a large gallery of images. And sometimes, if you're a parent, you know that children often have a hard time focusing on one thing for more than 10 minutes. A session with me includes plenty of movement to keep everyone engaged and, most importantly, to make sure we have fun. I assure you, SO MUCH magic can happen in a short amount of time - just trust me!

I like to keep sessions simple, but I always bring a variety of blankets to add texture and allow for seated poses. For newborn sessions, I provide stretchy wraps, and for milestone sessions, I offer specialized props. I'm always happy to incorporate heirlooms or sentimental objects if they help capture a specific look for your session!

My absolute FAVORITE places to shoot are the ones that are important or significant to you. As a Bloomington native and IU alumni, I know many urban or rural areas that we can go to take your photographs if you are in need of suggestions. I always love having sessions at local parks, downtown Bloomington, and central campus!

I want to preserve all of your natural qualities and would never alter anything that makes you uniquely you through retouching. For this reason, I only use digital retouching to remove minor blemishes or distracting elements, ensuring that the focus remains on what matters most - you.

Invoices will be sent to pay for your session on the Monday of the week that we meet. Payments are made via Iris-Works and you can use your credit card for convenience.

In the past, I would send sneak peeks to clients within a week. Now that I have a big family it's hard to sit down within a set time frame and send off a small set of sneaks. It's easiest for me to sit down and edit a gallery in it's entirety so I can refer back and make adjustments to pictures once they're all done so it's consistent. By doing this I'm more efficient with my time and you actually receive your gallery quicker!

Final delivery turn around times may vary depending on the season (spring and fall are my busiest seasons) and the complexity of the session. Galleries will always be delivered somewhere within a 2 week time frame. A very small amount of my time is actually spent capturing those moments for you and the rest of my time is spent going through all of the images and editing them so that the color and lighting are JUST right for you! All of the magic happens behind the scenes so that when you open up your gallery you are able to experience THE BEST surprise.

If you would like for your session to be delivered within a week it's an additional $50 and if you would like them delivered within 48 hours it's an additional $100. I have three little girls to chase around so it's tricky to get things to happen quickly unless I know in advance and can plan ahead but I'm MORE than happy to help if needed!

All galleries will be delivered to you digitally via email through Pixieset to download, share, print, and distribute the images as many times as you would like. There is also an option to have a custom flash drive with keepsake box shipped to your home for $50 for any session.
